4. Content and third-party data
Movie and TV information is provided via third-party sources such as TMDb. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of streaming information, which may change without notice.
Cinema Box uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. Streaming availability data may be sourced from third parties such as JustWatch or similar providers where applicable.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., watchlists, ratings). You grant us a license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Services.
6. Advertising and in-app purchases
The Services may include advertisements or optional paid features. Ad content is provided by third parties. Any purchases are subject to the relevant app store's payment terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by B86 Solutions or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Streaming links and availability are informational only; we are not responsible for third-party platforms or content.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, B86 SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where B86 Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
